Returns & Refunds Policy

Our policy lasts 60 days, if you do not satisfied with our goods and want to send them back to get a refund, please mail us: support@winssysilk.com. If 60 days have gone by after you receive the parcel, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • 1. Cancellation
    All of our products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order is unpaid, you can easily cancel your order by yourself. If your order has been paid, you can contact our customer service to cancel your order. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
    
  • 2. Cancellation before payment
    1. Sign in to "My Account" and click on "My Order".
    2. Click on the order number that you would like to cancel.
    3. Click on “Delete this order” and confirm that you want to cancel it.
  • 3. Return Conditions
    1. We only accept returns within 60 days from receiving the order.
    2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. We are sorry that once a package of lenses was opened or the package of the item was damaged, the return application will not be accepted.
  • 4. Return Shipping Fee
    1. The return shipping cost is covered by us if it has been proven to be provided in error by our company, including wrong items sent by us, quality problems and other reasons which accepted by our customer services team. Once we receive the items, we will offer compensation or resend a replacement.
    2. If you ordered an incorrect color, size, product, or simply want to exchange the item, we can also allow a return. You are responsible for the shipping fee, and we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. 
    
  • 5.Return & Refund Process
    1. Ask for permission of returning and refund according to our policy stated. Get in touch with us by sending us an email to support@winssysilk.com first.
    2. The written request must include the Order Number and the Item Code(s) to be returned, the reason for the return: refund, size exchange, or color exchange, and an explanation and photographs stating the reason.
    3. Once your request has been approved, please send the item back to the return address as soon as possible and then send us the tracking number. (Item returned must be in the original packing).
    4. All the return item(s) will go through inspections. We will reship the right one or process the refund when we confirm that the product has the problems you mentioned.
    5. Returns will be processed within 60 days upon receipt of your package. Once your return package is confirmed, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 60 days.
